Hey,
Can someone tell me what kind of material gaskets go between the turbo housing and the exhaust manifold, and the turbo housing and the downpipe??
Thanks

You don't need gaskets. Just torque it properly and you'll be fine. Because when the cast iron manifold gets heated up, the metal expands and will create a good seal .

are you sure? Because I have heard of a lot of people having exhaust leaks in the manifold to turbo connection area.

I have no gasket in between the manifold and turbo. But if you want one you can find them from www.majesticturbo.com
Ask for robert and tell him that Honda-tech.com sent you and they might cut you a deal. Better yet tell them Arturo Ortiz sent you and Robert might cut you a few dollars. They hang out on Honda-tech sometimes..

Ok thanks guys for setting me streight I think I will try to put it together without the gasket and than if I have any problems with it I'll get a gasket for it.
